Vantaca is a growing company with a $1.25B valuation, looking for a Data Conversion Engineering Manager to lead a team of data conversion engineers and drive the strategic direction of data conversion services. The role combines people management, operational excellence, and technical leadership to deliver scalable data conversion solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data conversion, data migration, or ETL processes
- 4+ years of people management experience, preferably leading technical teams
- Proven track record of scaling team capabilities and improving operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of data migration tools, techniques, and best practices
- Experience with project portfolio management and resource allocation
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Strategic thinking ability with a focus on process improvement and automation
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
