As the first Manager, Deal Desk for EMEA, you’ll be a foundational member of our growing global Deal Desk organisation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of deal desk experience with at least 3+ years experience as a people leader
- Proven relationship builder who can partner effectively with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, GTM Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders across geographies (EMEA and NAMER)
- Experience across various business models, supporting both subscription-based and consumption-based revenue structures
- Strong operational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Builder mindset: comfortable working through ambiguity and maturing processes and systems; proactive in identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and implementing scalable improvements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Experience managing high deal volumes and tight deadlines during end-of-month and end-of-quarter cycles
- Clear and concise communicator, able to simplify complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and advocate for Deal Desk as a strategic partner
