IT/AV Operations Engineer, Corporate Engineering

Vanta is seeking an IT/AV Operations Engineer to join their San Francisco team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a seamless technology experience for employees, both in-office and remote. They will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting in-office AV systems, conference rooms, and collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Own the setup, maintenance, and day-to-day reliability of in-office AV systems, conference rooms, and collaboration tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AV support during meetings, internal events, and other high-visibility moments.
• Design, standardize, and document reliable conference room and hybrid collaboration experiences across Vanta offices.
• Administer and support core IT systems such as Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, and macOS devices, with an eye toward security, reliability, and scale.
• Partner closely with Workplace, People, Security, and Exec teams on office technology needs, upgrades, and new buildouts.
