Job Description
Vanta is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide customers through their security and compliance journeys with their specialized solutions. The role involves building relationships with customers, acting as a voice of Vanta, identifying at-risk accounts, and driving adoption of the platform. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, security-minded, and have strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Background in running a book of business of ~150-170 accounts
- Willingness to collaborate with others and drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Self-motivated and curious
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
