Account Manager (Renewal Specialist)

As a Renewal Specialist at Vanta, you will play a critical role in driving customer retention and revenue growth within the Account Management department. You will manage the renewal process for our customers with up to 10 employees, ensuring a seamless renewal experience while identifying opportunities for expansion.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing closing role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfortable with data and metrics-driven decision making
