Job Description
Vanna Health is seeking an Integrated Health Coach to support individuals with serious mental illness in Maricopa County. The role involves building trusting relationships, providing coaching and advocacy, and connecting members to resources. The coach will work in-person and remotely to support members' recovery and self-determination.
Requirements
- Over two years of experience working directly with people with serious mental illness
- Experience working in and around Maricopa County communities
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
