Job Description
Vanna Health is seeking a passionate and engaging Integrated Health Coach with a background working directly with individuals with serious mental illness. The role focuses on building trusting relationships, providing coaching and advocacy, and supporting members towards recovery and thriving within their communities. Coaches are involved in both physical and behavioral health, working with clinicians and other specialists to ensure high standards of care.
Requirements
- Successfully engage Vanna members in the community
- Support community members to promote recovery and self-determination
- Provide feedback to technology and operations teams on process improvements
- Encourage wellness strategies
- Provide physical health coaching
- Fluent Spanish
