Requirements
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s quality management systems to meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee production quality processes, driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and product quality improvements across manufacturing operations.
- Manage supplier quality activities including qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and resolution of quality issues through structured improvement plans.
- Serve as the quality lead on cross-functional teams for new product introductions, process changes, and strategic programs to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Analyze quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, non-conformances, customer complaints), and lead initiatives to drive sustainable improvements.
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets; ensure optimal use of resources (people, machines, materials) while promoting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize resource utilization, coordinate with supply chain and engineering, and resolve production issues in real time to minimize downtime and cost.
