Job Description

The Senior Project Manager provides overall planning, coordination, and direction for project management activities to ensure they meet owner needs, specifications, cost, and schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager and an additional 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager supervising staff
- Experience within a large capital improvement program and familiarity with relevant provisions of the California Public Contract Code
