The job involves coordinating pre-construction services, managing project logistics, and ensuring contractors adhere to contractual requirements.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree required
• Minimum of 7 years field experience administering construction contracts for public projects
• Minimum 2 years experience with HCAI projects under construction preferred
• Experience with design-build and design-bid-build projects
• Thorough knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance to construction/project requirements
• Ability to work positively in a team environment
• Ability to manage younger staff effectively and provide opportunities to expand their knowledge base and careers
