Construction Manager

The Senior Construction Manager reports to the Project Director or assigned project leadership and provides planning, coordination, and direction for preconstruction and construction management activities on K-12 projects.

Requirements

• 4-Yr. college degree required, Bachelors of science degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• Required experience of 3-5 years as a Sr./Construction Manager on projects $20M-$50M or more
• LLB project delivery experience required
• DSA experience required
• Knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure relation and compliance to construction/project requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of PMS systems such as eBuilder, Procore or similar
• Construction contract administration knowledge
• OSHA Safety Training 10-Hr preferred
