Job Description
We are seeking an Area Manager to join our team. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the proper and efficient functioning of projects and other functions within their assigned area. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management operations and sales, as well as knowledge of the CM industry and basic business practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or an MBA/Business Degree
- CCM certification and active membership in CMAA
- AIA, PE, and/or GC license
- Experience in construction management operations and sales
- Experience in managing construction management services
