Job Description
Vanguard is seeking a skilled and collaborative lawyer to support its growing Cash Management business, providing secure and flexible cash management solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Provide legal and regulatory advice related to all aspects of the Cash Management business
- Advise on FINRA, SEC and related banking regulations
- Draft and maintain client account agreements, related vendor and servicing agreements and regulatory disclosures
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Support client-related issues, including complaints and fraud-related events
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Audit and other shared service functions
