Job Description

As the Data Engineering Manager, you will lead the design, development, and operations of the enterprise data platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality data capabilities that drive business insights and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in data or software engineering
- 3–5+ years of leadership or people-management experience (preferably leading data engineering teams)
- Strong background in data architecture and data modeling (dimensional, data vault, lakehouse patterns)
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, Java)
