Job Description
We are looking for a driven branch manager for our Van Mossel Autoschade branch in Bergen op Zoom. You will lead a team of 6 colleagues and be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly from daily guidance to identifying growth opportunities in the market.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in vehicle repair
- Leadership experience as a branch manager or similar role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to motivate and coach a team
- HBO work and thinking level
- Experience in the automotive industry (must)
- Driving license B
- Willingness to follow vocational courses and training
