Director of Facilities

We are seeking a Director of Facilities to support the site teams and operation's team in North Carolina and South Carolina. The Director will be responsible for implementing and managing capital projects, providing emergency assistance, and supervising maintenance positions.

Requirements

• Provide emergency assistance
• Implement and manage capital projects
• Supervise maintenance positions
• Conduct semi-annual physical inspections of all areas
• Maintain capital project schedules
• Provide and maintain a forecast of capital funds spending
• Participate in Annual Capital Budgeting
• Participate in 5-year capital budgeting
• Identify top performers and develop them by mentoring them in categories beyond the usual skill set of their current position
• Provides direct feedback to associate to provide growth opportunities
• Conduct annual and semi-annual performance evaluations on direct reports
