van den Boom & Associates is a US-based professional services firm seeking a highly organized Travel Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of travel planning for our leadership team, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and managing travel-related documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Travel Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar logistics-focused role
- Experience working in a professional services environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Self-directed, able to work with minimal supervision, and proactive in problem-solving
- Excellent English verbal communication and writing skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
- Experience using Asana, Expensify, Concur strongly preferred
- Strong internet connection required
