Requirements

• Manage HR-related matters for the regional business portfolio
• Collaborate with managers and employees to implement HR programs
• Participate in regulatory improvements to HR guidelines and procedures
• Lead employee development and performance management
• Partner in acquisitions for workforce planning and organizational design
• Act as HR Integrations lead for acquisitions
• Coaching business managers in employee management
• Oversee the recruitment process with assistance from the global recruitment team
• Manage the employee database and prepare HR data reports
