Finance Transformation Analyst - AI & Automation

We're looking for a Finance Analyst who combines strong financial acumen with a passion for leveraging AI and automation to transform how we work. As an Agent Builder, you will be embedded in our finance function, supporting us on core monthly tasks whilst actively helping us identify and implement smarter and faster ways of doing things.

Requirements

• Champion the adoption of AI tools across the finance team
• Support day-day finance operations within our portfolio
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Work with our internal and external audit teams
• Assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting
• Proficiency using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
• Strong Excel / data skills
• Experience with accounting software (NetSuite experience preferable)
