Manos Software Group is looking for an AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and ship AI agent systems that transform how their portfolio companies operate or become standalone products for customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building products, tools, and projects that went live and strong working knowledge of AI and machine learning tools.
Requirements
- Design, build, and ship AI agent systems that transform how portfolio companies operate or become standalone products for customers
- Work alongside portfolio company teams to understand their operations and build AI agents that handle real work
- Build internal AI agent teams and deploy AI agents that handle operational work across portfolio companies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Have a proven track record of building products, tools, and projects that went live
- Have strong working knowledge of AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and agent frameworks
- Be able to go from zero to functional prototype quickly
- Have experience building AI agents, voice agents, or workflow automation
- Have a background in vertical SaaS or B2B product development
- Have familiarity with industries like HVAC, healthcare, dental, or professional services
- Have previous startup or founder experience
- Have experience working across multiple product lines or business units
