The Energy Engineer oversees and optimizes facility energy use, including forecasting, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with supply contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; concentration in electrical engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical engineering, preferably in steel or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong focus on natural gas and proficiency in working with electrical systems including substations, switchgear, transformers and protective relays.
