We are seeking a Healthcare Software Systems Administrator to join our Information Services team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary administrator for our core healthcare software solutions, including EMR, CRM, and RCM systems.
Requirements
- Associate degree in healthcare information management, computer science, information technology, or related field
- Two (2) plus years of work experience in healthcare information systems, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and/or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) administration, or healthcare IT support
- Experience with EHR system configuration, user management, and technical support
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical documentation, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Joint Commission, etc.)
- Valid unrestricted driver's license
