Job Description
Patient Service Representatives (PSR) assist with patient appointment needs, check in, payment collection, appointment schedules, and insurance verifications. PSRs provide excellent customer service and ensure patients are informed and well cared for while waiting for their appointment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous computer experience
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
