Infrastructure Operations Manager

ValidaTek is searching for an Infrastructure Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day support of an IT infrastructure program. The Infrastructure Operations Manager will provide customers day-to-day support by responding to, documenting, tracking, resolving, and managing customer issues, questions, and requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing and operating cryptographic facilities
• 5+ years managing Network Operations Centers
• Demonstrated knowledge in maintaining the operational status of a Tech Control facility
• Demonstrated knowledge of Tech Control equipment such as switches, encryption devices, network operation consoles, and circuits
• All candidates must have Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification
• All candidates must have a current TS clearance and be SCI eligible
• All candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
