Requirements

• Develop and implement the Supply Chain Strategy
• Lead and grow a high performing, cross-functional supply chain organization
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous development
• Manage and synchronize all physical and information flows
• Optimize logistics costs while maintaining best in class service levels and quality standards
• Maintain regular communication and alignment with customers and suppliers
• Handle escalated customers issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Define, manage, and monitor Supply Chain budgets
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of system master data, parameters, inventory records, and reporting activities
• Guarantee full compliance with Safety, Quality, Trade, and Customs requirements within the site
