We are seeking a Site HR Support to join our team in Rayong. The successful candidate will be responsible for VISA & Work Permit Management, Administrative support, Employee Relations, Well being actions, and HR Project.
Requirements
- Administer and oversee VISA and Work Permit applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations under BOI and non-BOI schemes.
- Ensure full compliance with Thai immigration, BOI, and labour department regulations.
- Maintain an accurate database of expatriate VISA and Work Permit records, including expiry tracking.
- Support employees' arrivals & departures: presents & explains the tools, collects, manages and updates individual documents & files
- Declares & follows up work accidents
- Collect data, documentation, and relevant information in cases involving employee complaints or disciplinary actions to support management decision-making.
- Support the revision and improvement of company rules and regulations to ensure compliance with labor laws and government mandates.
- Prepare communication materials and manage channels and venues for welfare and labor relations activities.
- Participates to the Well being improvement plan
- Organizes and facilitates the working groups to develop the communication between actors of Valeo to share best practices and improve the working conditions
- Participates to the deployment and to the analyses of the feedback in regards with Quality of Life at Work with HRBPs (surveys, etc...)
- Participates to the creation of the Quality of Life at Work action plan and its deployment
- Proposes and facilitates specific actions
