We are looking for a Site HR Business Partner to support and coach executives in HR-related topics, contribute to the operational results of the site, drive projects in line with the HR strategy, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a comparable field
- Fluent German and English knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in the automotive industry
- Advanced knowledge of labor law is desirable
- Ability to inspire and engage teams
- Willingness to travel
