Production Operator

Production Operator responsible for adhering to safety standards, applying QRQC methodology, and implementing improvements. Ensures respect of working standards, applies ERIM standards, and maintains KOSU/MES. Participates in team-based environment and submits improvement proposals.

Requirements

• Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to V5000, IATF16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 standards using QRQC methodology
• On the Job Training (OJT) of peers and Stop Scrap procedures
• Respect Operator Certification Process
• Application of health, safety, environmental & site rules
• Ensure application and respect of updated working instructions
• Apply ERIM standards: abnormalities detection, systematic inspection & regular cleaning of equipment
• Update QCDM’s and communication boards as required
• Maintain KOSU/MES with respect to SQCD to meet shipping schedule
• Detected and react in case of issue problem(s) within production and report them immediately to shift supervisor
• Participate in the implementation of Improvement proposals each month
