Requirements

• Create standards, establish safety culture, and ensure thorough respect for safety protocols
• Detect and react to deviations, pilot safety QRQC, and assess environmental impact of equipment
• Develop expertise and specialists, anticipate human resources needs, and allocate resources to fulfill role in the Mother/Daughter relationship
• Manage maintenance resources, minimize MTTR, maximize MTBF & TRP, and propose maintenance budget
• Measure and observe, reach and maintain a dynamic and efficient Proposals of Improvements system, and lead safety QRQC
