Job Description
As HR Trainee in Valeo Santena, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker Companies, in the automotive product development field, working in an international and multicultural environment. You will learn how to support employees and managers, coordinate training actions, and participate in talent development and employee relations activities.
Requirements
- Psychology/Economics/Law/Communication/Education Sciences Degree
- Italian mother tongue
- Fluent English (C1)
- Excellent skills in analysis and planning
- Proactive behavior
- Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, Excel)
