Job Description
Valard Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate tasks, deadlines, and milestones for High Voltage Substation projects in Southern and Eastern Ontario, supporting Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects. This role involves project planning, communication with stakeholders, and review of drawings. They also provide technical engineering expertise.
Requirements
- Coordinate staff and resources with Site Supervisors or Project Managers
- Project Planning activities within constraints
- Schedule tasks, deadlines, and milestones
- Manage projects on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate communication between staff and 3rd parties
- Review and interpret drawings
- Provide technical engineering expertise on calculations and reporting
- Track and report project information
- Support scheduling, accounting, cost & document control
