- Strategic & operational leadership of the operational service business in the South region with a focus on customer satisfaction, profitability, and service quality
- Continuous development of the operational service organization considering the dynamic market environment
- Shaping organizational development through the development of regional strategies and capacity management
- Standardization and continuous development and implementation of operational and strategic service processes under consideration of the dynamic market environment to increase efficiency and quality
- Enable operational excellence through the definition of standards for the local service organization and through skill management and coordination of training content for customer service technicians (m/f/d) (basic and competence training) as well as capacities with the learning workshop
- Initiation and leadership of service-related projects, especially with a procedural or organizational focus
