We are looking for a Customer Service Technician to perform responsible repairs, maintenance work and activations on Vaillant devices. The role involves advising customers on the correct and energy-efficient setting and use of Vaillant devices.

Requirements

• Technical apprenticeship or HTL (Gas/Water/Heating, Electrical Installation, Refrigeration or Building Technology, Mechatronics, etc.)
• Driver's license B
• Good communication and technical skills
