Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper

We're a vacation rental company looking for a Seasonal Piecework Housekeeper to clean and maintain our vacation home properties. The position is part-time, seasonal, and requires a flexible schedule. Compensation includes a piece rate of $36 to $325 per unit and $22 per hour for training and non-post reservation cleans.

Requirements

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed
• Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes
• Collect and remove trash and debris
