Job Description
The Project Engineering Section Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing the project engineering discipline, coordinating section resources, and ensuring successful technical project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
- 15+ years of engineering and project leadership experience
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Azure, and other common engineering tools
- Solid understanding of engineering processes including IEEE 15288, PMI PMBOK, and ISO/IEC standards
- Demonstrated expertise across mechanical, electrical, software, and/or manufacturing engineering disciplines
- Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and foster innovation
