Therapist, Physical (Outpatient) (Level I)

UW Health is seeking a Therapist, Physical (Outpatient) to provide therapy to individuals in a daily, on-call capacity. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent)
• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure
• CPR certification
• Participation in educational programs and completion of mandatory CEUs
• Must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at employment
