Job Description
UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a flexible and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join their Family Medicine Float Pool in Rockford, Illinois. The role offers variety in practice, diverse clinical experience, and a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and comprehensive onboarding.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from accredited PA program or completion of a master’s level advanced practice nurse program.
- Active APRN or PA license in State of IL and active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
- Two years of experience in Family Medicine
