Medical Director, Pre-Anesthesia Clinic

This is a full-time Physician Leadership role focusing on the UW Health Pre-anesthesia Assessment Steering Committee, including collaboration with stakeholders and operational management. The position offers a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays and aligns with the UW Health School of Medicine and Public Health campus. A pre-anesthesia assessment clinic is part of a cross-posted position with the UW Health Medical School and Public Health Department.

Requirements

• Develop and lead a UW Health Pre-anesthesia Assessment Steering Committee.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop a best-practice, patient-centered model for pre-anesthesia assessment and perioperative care.
• Oversee business planning and operational activities for the clinic.
• Identify and review marketing trends, clinical best practices and develop future plans for UW Health Pre-anesthesia Assessment Clinic.
