Clinic RN, Family Medicine

UW Health is seeking a Full-Time, Day/Evening RN to join their family medicine clinic in Rockford, IL. The role offers a 100% FTE schedule, with a 7:30 AM-5:00 PM workday and an additional half-day shift. The position includes evening, night, and weekend shift differential, plus overtime pay, on-call pay, and potential for tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois.
• Computer experience.
