Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide excellent patient care within a team environment. The role involves establishing personal relationships with patients and supporting clinical decision-making to optimize health outcomes. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient safety and communicate effectively within the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state
- CPI certification within 3 months of hire (Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, CSSO)
- Ability to perform basic nursing skills on groups of patients
- Ability to assume charge responsibility
- Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
- Ability to administer medication utilizing the five rights
