Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead the healthcare team in the NICU. The role involves establishing a strong patient relationship, collaborating with physicians, and providing individualized care to promote optimal health. The Registered Nurse accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for patient care in accordance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in applicable state
- CPI certification within three months of hire
- Ability to perform basic nursing skills
- Ability to assume charge responsibility
- Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
- Ability to administer medication utilizing the five rights
