Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a leader in the healthcare team, providing personalized care to patients and their support systems. The RN will collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. They will prioritize patient needs and utilize evidence-based practices to improve patient health. The role involves patient advocacy, communication, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in applicable state
- CPI certification within three months of hire for Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, and Central Staffing and Scheduling Office (CSSO)
- Active RN nursing license
- Compliance with state board's requirements for RN license reinstatement.
