Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician III to deliver optimal medication management across all aspects of care. This part-time position involves assisting licensed pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, and ensuring quality assurance, while also contributing to team training and staff meetings. The role emphasizes collaboration and a commitment to providing safe, effective, and affordable healthcare.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of relevant experience (preferred), or 2 years of employment
- Commonwealth of Virginia Pharmacy Technician Registration required
- State Registration and/or evidence of renewal required
- 15 days minimum timeframe required for Pharmacist and Technician registration
