Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to produce optimal images and assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The role emphasizes patient safety, providing a conducive atmosphere for cooperation, and ensuring timely patient arrival and departure. The position requires strong technical skills and adherence to infection control protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program
- RT(R) certification or registration with ARRT.
- Previous 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience.
- Ability to successfully complete skills validation and competency testing.
