Director, Global Business Development- Biologics (REMOTE- NC, NH, or DMV BASED)

The Director, Global Business Development- Biologics is a senior level position leading the global commercial strategy and execution for USP portfolio of standards for Biopharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be results driven, with a passion for building high performance organizations, and enjoy working with people collaboratively, strengthening customer relationships, and developing their network in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical community.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales
• 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience at international level
• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline
• Strong relationship-builder with the ability to influence senior decision-makers across global organizations
• Ability to gain customer confidence and build long-term relationships
• Deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical market, customer needs, and commercial dynamics
• Proficiency with data analytical platform (e.g. Tableau) and CRM (e.g. Sales Force)
• Strong problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach
• Bias to action and results driven with a track record of successful outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, communications skills
