Job Description
UserGems is seeking a Senior UI Designer to own and elevate the design vision of our AI-first product. As a senior designer, you'll be responsible for owning end-to-end product design, running user research, prototyping, and building a design system in Figma.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B tools
- Portfolio with at least two shipped products showcasing systems thinking, interaction craft, measurable impact, and clear storytelling
- Strong visual craft paired with sharp interaction design fundamentals
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows and running user interviews, usability tests
- Expert in Figma and comfortable trying different tools and using AI to accelerate exploration
- Excellent written and spoken English
