Usercentrics is a global leader in consent management platforms (CMP). We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance the performance of our global sales organisation.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience with SaaS B2B companies in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue enablement, or a related field.
- Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable impact on sales performance.
- Strong knowledge of enablement platforms and tools such as Clari-Co pilot and Mindtickle LMS
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
