Job Description
USA Clinics Group is seeking a Payment Posting Specialist to join their Revenue Cycle Management team. This role involves accurately posting payments, denials, adjustments, and rejections to patient accounts to maintain accurate account balances. The position requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of healthcare payment processes and collaborates with various departments to resolve outstanding balances.
Requirements
- Accurately post payments, denials, and adjustments to patient accounts.
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Review and resolve remittance advice and EOB documents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
