Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or operations
• Proven success in purchasing, logistics optimization, and inventory management
• Strong experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and data tools (Power BI, MiniTab, QlikView, or similar)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
