Assistant Director of Residence Life

The Assistant Director of Residence Life (ADRL) is a full-time, live-in position responsible for the management of a residential community. This role focuses on fostering a supportive living environment, supervising student staff, and serving as project manager for initiatives like housing lottery, room assignment, and housing education programs. The ADRL will act as a role model and conduct hearing officer.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of full-time residence life experience
• Student staff supervision experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of residential liberal arts education
